  who can we sell to  MOTOTOYS AUSTRALIA are the exclusive importer and direct sales vendor of WINGS products for Australia and New Zealand only. We have been since 2005. All other international buyers / enquiries must contact the European manufacturer at mf@siol.net

how to order Our site is not automated. We hand process every order. Simply fill in our "Order Form" and click submit. We are not sitting at a computer 9 to 5, so please be patient as our price quote reply may take a few hours to more than a day. If we are planning to be away for more that 2 days we will post a message on our front page, as well as a phone message.

enquiries  Email or txt is best, but also do our best to answer phone enquiries. We will return missed calls, but better if you can leave a message so we can arm ourselves with answers ahead of time. As a general rule we don't answer calls from private numbers, so you'll need to leave a message with your number.

shipping  DOMESTIC

We use both Fastway Couriers (normally only major urban areas in eastern Australia) and Australia Post for domestic shipping. We don't charge a profit on shipping. See your bike specific exhaust page for shipping quotes.

NEW ZEALAND

We use Australia Post International Express Post exclusively. Current rates are published on our product pages.

how to pay

DOMESTIC

Direct deposit is the most popular as no extra fees are added.

Credit card / Paypal costs us 3% to receive funds this way, so we are forced to pass on that 3% cost.

Cash on Pick-up is totally fine if you are in the Newcastle area. Our warehouse is not normally attended, so arranging a day/time is required.

Cheques are also fine, but of course they obviously take a bit longer as they need to be posted and then clear.

NEW ZEALAND

Credit card / Paypal is the only payment method we use for New Zealand riders.
